To create your online account, you will be requested to provide your storage space unit number. Our online system generally requires that you input your storage unit number so that it has a total of four (4) characters. For instance, if your unit number is A1 then you will need to enter it as A001 using additional leading zeros (0) to create the required four characters. Other examples include: unit number 107 would be entered as 0107 and unit number C27 would be entered as C027.

If your unit number already has four (4) characters, then you would use that number without modification. Unit numbers such as 1007 or A127 already contain four characters and can be entered without any changes or additions.

NOTE: Exceptions to the above are:

U-Stor - Sky Harbor which has only three digit numbers, examples: unit # 003 or 035 or 101.
